Security and compliance, stated plainly

Sendozi does not publish unsupported certifications. This page explains the practical safeguards available today and the operating posture behind them.

01

Consent and opt-out

Campaign workflows are designed around opt-in records, opt-out handling and auditable recipient lists.

02

Delivery records

Message status, channel, recipient, timestamp and webhook events are kept as operational records for reconciliation.

03

Access control

Account access, API keys and sensitive operations are treated as security surfaces that require careful handling.

04

NDPA-aware operations

Sendozi positions customer list handling around lawful basis, processor responsibilities and record keeping under Nigerian data protection expectations.

05

No certifications claimed

Sendozi holds no ISO, SOC 2, PCI or NDPA certification, and does not imply otherwise. Being designed to support compliance is a different thing from being certified compliant, and the distinction matters to anyone running procurement.

06

Provider limitations

Final network and inbox delivery outcomes can depend on external providers. Sendozi reports the delivery state it receives and avoids guaranteed-delivery claims.
